Ingredients - 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups, butter softened
- 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- One 24-oz. pkg Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. Beat until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract: beat until light and fluffy.
- Gradually blend in flour mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
- Drop well rounded tbsp. onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes
Allow to stand 2-3 mins. before removing from coookie sheets. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
