- 4 Bananas, peeled and cut lengthwise
- 4 tbs butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh or high pulp orange juice
- 1/2 cup sour cream & 1/2 cup powdered sugar, mixed
- On low heat saute bananas in butter.
- Combine brown sugar, orange juice and pour over bananas.
- Simmer until tender.
- Bananas will will appear"glazed" and will soak up most of the juice.
- Serve warm with topping.
